Proposed School Building & Infrastructure
Shri Pujya Vishweshteertha Swamiji affection and love for Dharwad and its citizens are well known. He established 1st Nilaya for poor and deserving students way back in 1955. He was eager to start a school, however due to various other commitments, he could not do so.
Pujya Shri H.H. Shri Shri Vishweshateerth Swamiji was gifted 1.3 Acre of land in Hanumath Nagar by Hanumath Nagar Co-Op Housing Society, Dharwad.
His disciple and present Pujya Swamiji Shri Vishwaprasanna Theertha Swamiji has decided to fulfill the Sankalp of his Guru Shri Shri Vishweshteertha Swamiji.
We now intend to construct a first floor and a 3-storey building with the most modern amenities at this place.
Details of the school's values and vision for the future are mentioned elsewhere. We intend to begin construction immediately and the first phase will include the following.
The proposed school building is ground plus 3 floors with following basic world class amenities as under:
- Total Buildup area : 4752 Sq. Mtrs.
- No. of class rooms : 23 rooms
- Laboratory/ Computer class room : 5 Rooms
- Play Ground Area. : 585 Sq.Mtrs.
- Kids Play Ground Area : 131 Sq.Mtrs.
We request you to support the management by extending of your financial help
you can extend by giving for 10 sq.ft or multiple thereof cost of 10 sq.ft. building including Rs. 21,000/-
Donation to Sri. Rama Vittala Trust are exempted under section 80G. • Payments may be made directly to the account
1ST PHASE
In the first phase of construction of the building following will be undertaken
- Land scaping of the area.
- Compound wall and bore well.
- Ground floor construction of 1188 or 1200 sq. mtrs.(2787 sq. feet.)

- Estimated cost of land scaping borewell and compound • 15 lakhs
- Estimated cost of furniture & fixtures play ground equipments • 10 lakhs
